Vestager says EU still believes Google breakup most effective remedy to adtech competition concerns

The European Commission’s top competition official said today that enforcers still believe that breaking up Google is the most effective remedy for the conflicts of interests in the tech giant’s advertising technology business, but they are keeping an open mind toward other solutions.
