US's Delrahim says recent UK, German patent rulings reflect global adoption of ‘New Madison’ approach

The US approach to the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property is catching on internationally as the highest courts in Germany and the UK align their rulings in patent disputes with those of US agencies, the chief of the US Department of Justice’s antitrust division said today.
