US judge denies Sanderson Farms' motion to push back March 2024 date in second chicken price-fixing trial

Sanderson Farms, Koch Foods and other chicken producers will have to face a second trial in March over their role in a civil lawsuit that alleges a conspiracy to fix the prices of broiler chickens, a US judge ruled today.
