US FTC, Korea Fair Trade Commission on lookout for antitrust violations by patent holders

Officials at the Korean antitrust enforcer and the US Federal Trade Commission today warned that their respective agencies are keeping an eye out for potential anticompetitive behavior in licensing intellectual property by patent holders.
