UnitedHealth would gain access to valuable health claims data on acquiring Change Healthcare, US DOJ expert testifies

Change Healthcare’s health claims data is “unique” in scope and scale and its acquisition would create "big differences" in the data available to UnitedHealth Group if the two companies merge, an expert witness for the US Department of Justice told a federal court today.
