UnitedHealth, Change Healthcare merger can proceed with divestiture, US judge rules

UnitedHealth’s proposed $13 billion acquisition of Change Healthcare can proceed, a US federal judge ruled today, denying the Department of Justice’s antitrust suit to block the merger.
