Surescripts's efforts to end loyalty programs do not render US FTC case moot, judge says

The US Federal Trade Commission's lawsuit against Surescripts alleging monopolization of the electronic prescriptions market is not moot, a US judge said today, and he questioned counsel for both sides on their analysis of the e-prescription network's market power and impact on competition.
