R114 wasn't coerced by Naver to reject Daum Kakao's offer, witness tells South Korean criminal hearing

Naver’s influence on a potential deal between South Korean real-estate content provider R114 and Internet conglomerate Daum Kakao wasn’t one of coercion, with the companies’ decision not to form a partnership stemming from "business judgment," a former R114 employee testified in court this week.
