Patent holders file further appeal challenging reaccreditation of IEEE, seek audit

A group of patent holders has filed another appeal against a decision by the American National Standards Institute to reaccredit standards-setting body Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, MLex has learned. The group also told ANSI that it made an error in dismissing their previous appeal and sought a special audit
