Naver rejects South Korean prosecutors' market definition in criminal real-estate information case

Naver today rejected the basis of charges that South Korea’s prosecutors had used to initiate criminal action against the search giant over allegations it had abused its dominance in the real-estate information market.
During the third oral hearing in the criminal case, Naver’s lawyers told the Seoul Central District Court
