Korean Air's takeover of Asiana Airlines likely to be approved with conditions in South Korea

Korean Air’s proposed takeover of rival Asiana Airlines will most likely be approved, but with both structural and behavioral remedies to alleviate competition concerns raised by the tie-up, according to South Korea’s antitrust regulator.
