Judge to hear Penguin, Simon & Schuster expert testimony on efficiencies in US DOJ challenge to merger

The US judge presiding over the Department of Justice’s challenge to the merger of Penguin Random House and rival publisher Simon & Schuster today denied the government's motion to preclude the defendants' efficiency analysis.
