Head-to-head competition will be part of healthcare M&A reviews, US FTC's Harrell says

Head-to-head competition will be a “key feature” of future US Federal Trade Commission assessments of mergers in healthcare, said Wells Harrell, an attorney adviser to FTC Chair Lina Khan.
