Google to face trial in DOJ, states' adtech monopoly suit as US judge denies summary judgment

Google's motion for summary judgment against an adtech monopolization lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice and a group of states was unexpectedly denied today by a US federal judge, clearing the way for a Sept. 9 bench trial.
