Google suffers legal defeat in South Korea's Android OS case

Google has suffered a blow in its bid to overturn the South Korean antitrust decision issued in 2021 over its alleged abuse of market dominance and unfair trade practices against smartphone makers and other connected devices in the Android operating system, or OS, market.
