Google files emergency motion asking US appeals court to stay transfer of Texas-led adtech antitrust suit

Google today asked a US appeals court to stay a judicial panel's remand order that sends a multistate antitrust lawsuit it's fighting from New York back to East Texas pending its request for the court to review the decision. The tech giant argues that the emergency stay is "modest" and "warranted."
