Former FTC commissioner must allege specific defamatory statements in amended complaint against sexual misconduct accusers, Virginia judge rules

Former Federal Trade Commissioner Joshua Wright must allege specific defamatory statements if he files an amended defamation complaint against two women who accused him of sexual misconduct, a Virginia state court judge ruled today in dismissing Wright's complaint.
