Expert group’s report on tech patents to arrive at latest by early 2021

The EU's highly-anticipated report on licensing of standard-essential patents, following two years of deliberations by a panel of 15 industry experts, is slated for release by the end of this year, or at the latest by early 2021, an EU official has said.
