DOJ's Kanter unveils five-pillar approach to antitrust enforcement, says path won't 'be easy or linear'

Jonathan Kanter, the antitrust chief at the US Department of Justice, today unveiled a five-pillar approach to "vigorous and effective" antitrust law enforcement and said the path there will not "be easy or linear."
