Dismissal of DC AG's Amazon case could jeopardize antitrust enforcement, US DOJ tells DC Superior Court

The US Department of Justice asked a Washington DC judge today to reconsider his dismissal of the DC attorney general's antitrust complaint against Amazon, saying the decision could jeopardize the enforcement of antitrust law.
