Destruction of ephemeral messages of 'great enforcement interest' in global cartel probes, US DOJ official says

A senior US Department of Justice official today put companies and their antitrust counsel on notice over employees' use of ephemeral messaging, warning that the obstruction of international cartel investigations through such technology is of "great enforcement interest" to the agency.
