DaVita, SCA, US DOJ argue with plaintiffs bringing no-poach claims about access to documents from government's criminal cases

The US Department of Justice and defendants DaVita and Surgical Care Affiliates today battled with plaintiffs in civil litigation who are seeking documents from the government's investigation in separate criminal no-poach cases, one of which is shortly headed to trial.
