Coupang's legal win challenged as South Korean competition regulator seeks Supreme Court intervention

After successfully challenging an antitrust decision in court regarding its alleged abuse of dominance over suppliers, South Korean e-commerce behemoth Coupang is once again under scrutiny because the country's competition regulator has taken the matter to the Supreme Court.
