Coupang argues appeal against South Korean antitrust decision on abuse of superior-bargaining position

South Korean online retail platform Coupang doesn't have a superior-bargaining position over its large suppliers and has never exploited this advantage to force pricing that wasn't in line with the intentions of its suppliers, the company told a court today.
