Conversant secures connected-car SEP injunction against Daimler in Germany

Daimler has been blocked from using connected car-related standard-essential patents owned by Conversant Wireless, as a German court handed the licensor a win — the third company to have won an injunction against the carmaker in as many months — after judges found an infringement.
