Blix monopoly claims against Apple dismissed without prejudice by US court

A US federal judge in Delaware today granted Apple’s motion to dismiss monopolization claims against it without prejudice, in a suit filed by appmaker Blix.

Judge Leonard Stark also dismissed a patent claim with prejudice in the complaint, which alleges Apple infringes Blix's patent concerning anonymous-messaging capabilities and removed its BlueMail app
