Arizona House narrowly passes bill allowing third-party app payments

Arizona House members today narrowly approved a bill that would require Apple and Google to let app developers pick their payment processors and avoid a 30 percent commission.

After contentious debate and warnings of legislative overreach by several legislators, the House voted 31-29 today to send the proposal to the state Senate
