Alcohol markets warrant closer look by US DOJ, FTC over vertical mergers, monopoly, exclusion concerns, Treasury Department says

Alcohol markets in the US warrant a "closer look" by the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission regarding vertical mergers and arrangements that may lead to monopolization or exclusion of small firms and new entrants, the US Department of the Treasury said today.
