Comment: US Republican lawmakers' warnings to asset managers on ESG-related antitrust violations leave private bar searching for guidance

Corporate activity related to environmental, social and governance goals has turned into a political minefield as some Republican US lawmakers double down on investigating what they say is potential anticompetitive collusion, but it has left the private bar wanting for guidance on how not to run afoul of antitrust laws.
