Comment: US crypto oversight should be overhauled, Biden and Trump regulators agree

Biden- and Trump-appointed regulators, worlds apart in their views of most financial-market issues, concur on a key point: US cryptocurrency oversight needs to be restructured.

Comments yesterday by Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen signaled that the US Financial Stability Oversight Council that she heads will consider making recommendations to reconstruct this architecture.
