Comment: Google's bid to stay injunction in Epic Games suit could see success as it relies on outcome of similar fight involving Apple

Google has gotten little traction in federal court with the argument that its Play Store antitrust case should be treated like Apple’s similar case, so now it is taking the matter to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in search of a more sympathetic hearing.
