Zoetis targeted in EU antitrust raid over dominance-abuse concerns

US animal-health company Zoetis confirmed that its Belgian offices were the subject of an unannounced inspection by EU antitrust enforcers today.
This morning, the European Commission said it was raiding a company in Belgium due to concerns over abuse of market power (see here), without specifying the company.
