ZF declines to offer concessions to EU in $7 billion Wabco deal

ZF Friedrichshafen has decided to not offer to amend its buyout of braking-systems specialist Wabco in its bid to win EU clearance for the $7 billion deal, MLex has learned.

The European Commission's decision deadline remains Jan. 23.
