Yahoo Japan mulls wider withdrawal from overseas markets as data privacy costs rise

Yahoo Japan may consider halting services in overseas markets in addition to its EU withdrawal, the company’s top executive said.
In an interview with Nikkei newspaper, the Co-CEO and president of Z Holdings Kentaro Kawabe, which owns Yahoo Japan, said that its services are catered mainly to the Japanese market
