Willscot Mobile-McGrath RentCorp deal faces FTC in-depth analysis

Portable building firm Willscot Mobile Mini’s proposed acquisition of McGrath RentCorp for $3.8 billion is facing an in-depth analysis from the US Federal Trade Commission.
