WhatsApp's Irish GDPR decision sent to EU privacy watchdogs for sign-off

WhatsApp may soon face a multimillion-euro fine from the Irish Data Protection Commission after the watchdog provisionally concluded its investigation into the company's transparency practices under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, sending a draft decision to its counterparts in other EU countries.
