WhatsApp can go ahead with its new privacy policy, São Paulo state court rules

WhatsApp won't have to suspend its new privacy policy because there's no proof the messaging app and its parent company Facebook will violate data privacy rights, a state court in São Paulo said in a decision seen by MLex.
