WeChat injunction raises issues of First Amendment, presidential authority, appellate judges say

Whether the Trump Administration can cut off use of the Chinese “super app” WeChat in the United States over the next two years is a knot of constitutional, statutory and procedural questions that are inextricably bound to parallel actions against TikTok, federal appellate judges in California indicated today.
