WarnerMedia-Discovery merger will need approval in 22 countries, Brazil filing says

AT&T and Discovery have told the Brazilian competition authority that their $43-billion deal will need antitrust approval in 22 countries, including Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Australia, Canada, Argentina, Turkey and Japan.
The other countries are the US, the EU, the UK, Costa Rica, Colombia, Montenegro, New Zealand, Macedonia, Russia, Saudi Arabia,
