WarnerMedia-Discovery merger will need approval in 22 countries, Brazil filing says

AT&T and Discovery have told the Brazilian competition authority that their $43-billion deal will need antitrust approval in 22 countries, including Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Australia, Canada, Argentina, Turkey and Japan.
