VW loses UK bid for expedited EU court referral application over shipping-cartel claim

Volkswagen Group companies today lost their bid to speed up an application to have their UK antitrust damages claim against MOL and other cartelized car shippers referred to the EU courts.
VW had argued that time was running out before the end of the Brexit transition period on Dec. 31
