Visa faces UK antitrust damages claim from car dealership Inchcape

Inchcape Retail, a network of car dealers in the UK, has lodged a competition lawsuit against Visa in the UK courts.

It is the latest action brought against the US card network, which has been the repeated target of damages claims over the level of fees charged on transactions.
