Vietnamese rectangular pipes avoided US antidumping duties on similar steel imports from South Korea, US steel producers, union allege

The lack of US antidumping duties on Vietnamese rectangular pipes has created a “significant opportunity” for South Korean steel producers to circumvent a 2008 antidumping duty order on similar imports from South Korea in the last five years, the United Steelworkers union and six American steel producers said in today’s petition
