Valmet-Neles deal could leave one supplier of low-pressure valves in pulp, paper industry, Andritz tells CADE

Austria-based Andritz AG has told the Brazilian competition authority that the market for low-pressure valves used in the pulp and paper segment will have only one alternative supplier — Flowserve — after Valmet Oyj's proposed acquisition of Neles.
