UT-Raytheon divestiture buyers being vetted by DOJ; staff recommendation expected in February or March

United Technologies' merger with Raytheon is on track for antitrust approval later this spring. The prospective buyers of two divested assets are being vetted by the government and the staff recommendation is expected to reach the front office for a sign-off in February or March, MLex has learned.
