USTR's alleged failure to address stakeholder concerns in China tariff actions criticized by US trade court

The US Trade Representative must revisit its decision-making process that led to the imposition of the last two rounds of tariffs on more than $300 billion worth of Chinese products, the US trade court said in a remand order today that criticized the agency for not appropriately responding to stakeholder comments
