USAA Federal Savings Bank to pay $140 million to settle US money laundering violations

USAA Federal Savings Bank has agreed to pay $140 million to the US's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to resolve the agencies' claims that USAA failed to establish and use an effective program to control money laundering.
