US trade court upholds Trump-era tariffs on Canadian steel as it mulls Commerce’s denial of product exemptions

The US Court of International Trade has sustained 2018 national security tariffs on re-imported steel tubing from Canada, dealing a setback to an importer making a constitutional challenge to the levies imposed by former President Donald Trump.
