US trade court says ‘third remand is necessary’ in Chinese cabinets antisubsidy case

The US Department of Commerce must reconsider, for the third time, its antisubsidy duty rate calculations for Chinese cabinet makers Dalian Meisen Woodworking (Meisen) and The Ancientree Cabinet Co., according to the remand order released today by the Court of International Trade.
