US trade court partially remands Commerce’s antidumping determination for Chinese mobile access equipment

The US Court of International Trade today partially remanded the Department of Commerce’s antidumping duty determination for mobile access equipment imported from China.
CIT Judge M. Miller Baker’s opinion states that Commerce’s final dumping determination failed to support its surrogate value decisions and its classification of certain steel inputs.
