US trade court affirms Commerce’s continued inclusion of Chinese credit program in antisubsidy rate for 2018 solar cell review

The US Court of International Trade has affirmed Commerce’s continued decision, following a re-examination of facts upon remand, to include China’s Export Buyers’ Credit Program in the calculations used to determine the antisubsidy rates for crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules, also known as solar cells or CSPV, imported from China
